Question

I'm trying to enter my social security number on the personal information page, but the box goes red and it won't accept it. I entered it exactly how they wanted, too.

The error says, "Please enter a valid Social Insurance Number in the formate of *** *** ***." Well, I have. I even tried with dashes. I've tried without spaces. I've tried with spaces. No dice.
