Question

I took a part time online course last year but did not receive a T2202, can I still claim the tuition paid and the months of study?

    To claim tuition fees, you must have one of the following:

    • Form T2202, Tuition and Enrolment Certificate
    • Form TL11A, Tuition and Enrolment Certificate – University Outside Canada
    • Form TL11C, Tuition and Enrolment Certificate – Commuter to the United States
    • Form TL11D, Tuition Fees Certificate – Educational Institutions Outside Canada for a Deemed Resident of Canada
    • An official tax receipt from your educational institution that reflects the amount of eligible tuition fees you have paid for a calendar year
