If my husband is still working and drawing CPP. where do I put the T4A(P) info?

How to Enter T4A(P) Slips in online editions of TurboTax:

1. In the upper-right corner of your screen, select Find 🔍.

2. In the Find window, type in “T4A(P)” and select “T4A(P) Canada Pension Plan Benefits”. Click the “Go” button.

3. Select Enter new T4A(P).

If you are using TurboTax Online, go into your return to the top right search icon (magnifying glass).

Once in the search bar:

• enter T4A(P)

• choose T4A(P) - Canada pension plan benefits then GO at the bottom

• you are now on the T4A(P) – Summary screen

• at the bottom click on Enter New T4A(P) for __

• you are now on the T4A(P) – CPP and QPP Benefits screen

• enter your information and click on Done With T4A (P) at the bottom.

• you are now on the T4A(P) - Summary screen.

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, go into your return to the top right search icon (magnifying glass).

Once in the search bar:

• enter T4A • choose T4A (P) - Canada pension plan benefits then GO at the bottom.

• Entering your federal T-slips screen will open

• select T4A (P) - Canada Pension Plan or Quebec Pension Plan benefits

• click Continue at the bottom

• on the next screen(s) click on Done with __ slips until you reach the T4A (P)

• you are now on the T4A (P) Canada Pension Plan Benefits screen

• click on Enter T4A (P) for __

• you are now on ___T4A (P) - CPP and QPP Benefits

• enter your information and click on Done With T4A (P) at the bottom.

• you are now on the T4A(P) - Summary screen.
