My daughters are over 18 now and filed their own taxes, They are both full time student and they are still living with me and I pay for their living cost.

My daughters are over 18 now and filed their own taxes, They are both full time student and they are still living with me and I pay for their living cost. Do I need to add them as dependants?

    If you wish to claim certain credits, you can claim them as dependants as seen in our TurboTax article: Who Can I Claim as a Dependant on my Tax Return?
