Question

TurboTax is automatically and incorrectly adding a pension adjustment amount in box 20600 for those who have some temporary US income. How to correct this issue ?

Software assumes 18% of all foreign income will be tax exempt and enters this into box 20600 without any notification to the user. This results in CRA deducting this amount from next year's RRSP contribution room. I believe this is a software bug and needs to be fixed by TurboTax
