Question

What if my employer did not withhold any federal tax from my paycheck and my TS4 line 22 is blank? What do I need to do adjust this? How to file tax return this year?

I tried to write down the numbers manually from my T4 to Turbo tax filing, and it says I owe 4K-

    According to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), do not report any amount in box 22 if you did not deduct tax. If a box does not have a value, do not enter “nil” or “N/A”. Leave the box blank. If you did pay taxes, please contact your employer to amend the information slip.
