Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped (AISH) is a type of Social Assistance provided by the Alberta Government. You should receive a T5007 tax slip that you will need to file your income tax return. If you do not receive this slip by the end of February, you should contact AISH or your own worker and request it.

This FAQ tells you how to enter T4 and other T-slips in TurboTax: Where do I enter T4, T5, and other T-slips?
