Where do i enter T4A and T4A (OAS)?

can I enter them under T4 slips

No. You need to enter them on their own pages. You can use the Find tool 🔍 in the top right to search for "t-slips", then select T-Slips from the list and click GO. There you can check off any slips you need, then click Continue to start going through them.

You will want to select the T4A Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income and the T4A(OAS), Statement of Old Age Security slips. You might also need the T4A(P) Statement of Canada Pension Plan Benefits as well, if you get CPP.
