Where do I indicate that I made an RRSP redemption in turbo tax?

    You will receive a redemption reporting slip for funds withdrawn from the financial institution.

    In TurboTax Online use the data screen under the "Income" tab > hover over "T-slips" and select T4RSP.  Match the boxes on the slip with the entry points in Turbo Tax.
