Where does a withdrawal from a US 401k account get entered on the Canadian turbo tax version?

This is a regular quarterly withdrawal - the account is not an IRA and I am not yet over the age of mandatory withdrawals

The link provided indicates to enter amounts in Canadian $$ so I did this and then tried to reconcile my total from slips to the total reflected on the summary and it did not balance. So I entered the amounts in US$ and the exchange rate from CRA and it did balance. You need to fix your instructions on this issue.
