Why am I being deducted significant credit from my T4E Employment Insurance even though I am far under the $75000 income for 2022 and I only received partial EI payments?

I have made under ~$45,000 for the entire 2022 year and only received EI payments for the first 5 months of the year, and yet it is showing a tax credit deducting over $2,000 from my return. How does this make sense?
