Question

Why is my (Alberta) tuition amount available to carry forward to future years $0.00 if I currently have $18,608 unused tuition and education amounts from previous years?

Pretty much the title. Turbotax is saying this is the case even though I didn't move out of province, or anything else I could think of that would make it so I couldn't carry forward credits.
