You are asking me to put a date before the month in my DDOB. I have put 04/January/1943. What else do you want?

    Instead of using letters to describe the month, you must use a number. . In your case, you have to write  04/01/1943. Here 01 indicates the first month "January". If someone's birthday is on 12th June 2001. then we need to write down 12/06/2001. Not 12/June/2001.
