Question

You received CPP or QPP retirement or disability benefits but did not enter the number of months from box 21 or box 23 of your T4A(P) slip. I keep getting this message

I don't have anything to enter into box 21 and box 23 is filled out, yet I keep getting an error message when I try to file my taxes with netfile.

    If boxes 21 & 23 are correct, please check the other boxes. For example, if you were only retired, you should have an amount in box 14, not box 16.
