Hello,

I received a notice for 2014 PA state taxes, these taxes were filed using TurboTax. The information is not correct and I'm concerned if this a scam or if there has been a data breach. Can you provide any information?

Once a tax return is filed and accepted by either the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning a tax return from either the IRS or a State.

If you have a concern about the letter you received from the state of Pennsylvania then contact the PA Department of Revenue. Go to this state of Pennsylvania website for the PA DOR contacts - https://www.revenue.pa.gov/GetAssistance/ContactUs/Pages/default.aspx

There has been no type of data breach for TurboTax online tax return accounts.
