2019 software won't open

I try to open 2019 software to file a new return. System asks me for 14 digit code, which I enter but then the system freezes - any help here?

TurboTax no longer supports 2019. You cannot get updates. And...you say you want to file a new 2019 return. Any refund for 2019 has already been forfeited and will not be paid by the IRS. But if you owe the IRS you still have to pay.

If you owe and need to prepare a 2019 return, you might need to seek local paid help or use the paper forms and prepare them by hand to mail in.
