2019 State tax forms are not ready

I signed up for the email notification for when they are ready.

Yesterday, I received the email stating that TurboTax: Your Tax Forms Are Ready

I returned to Turbotax and "checked for updates" and was told my software was up to date. I tried this yesterday and today and it is still telling me that the forms are not ready

I reside in RI and will be filing state returns for RI and MA.

The issue I am experiencing is happening for both RI and MA.

There have been a number of problems with certain states, so much so that TTX released this this recently updated FAQ. There's a state fix file download and run.

2019 Turbotax is terrible!

Now it's saying I can't even transmit my federal return because there is an update available for my version. When trying to update, it tells me my software is up to date.

I give up!
