2019 Tax Multiple States

I moved in 2018 from GA to OH.

When I did my 2018 taxes, I had a refund from the state of GA which of course was credited to me in 2019.

Do I now still have to file a state return for GA in 2019 since the refund was "income" received in 2019??

No, you do not need to file a Georgia return in 2019 to report the refund of 2018 GA state taxes.
