It's working for me....both in Desktop and in the Online software.

or....do you mean that you cannot e-file NC yet?   That is a different issue.

The current availability list for NC indicates the earliest to e-file NC is 3/3/2022 ??

(I thought that "might"  be an input error...but a 14 Jan NC DOR notice indicated that they wouldn't start until mid-Feb at the earliest.....testing system communication issues might make 3 March a possibility...WOW!!)

I don't see how it could be working for anybody.  Your current availability list for NC says no forms until 1/27/22.

When I went into my state return for the first time a few minutes ago, TT let me complete my entries, but then said "cannot do final review, NC forms not finalized."  TT then invited me to sign up to be notified when the forms were ready.

Yeah, sure  hope the 3/03/22 date is wrong, but I bet it isn't.

By "working" I just meant that I could go thru the Q&A for the state, not that I could actually file it...the original poster (OP) seemed to imply there wasn't any NC state section in the software Q&A at all...... the complaint wasn't exact as to where they were stuck, which is always a problem in this forum where people are too brief.
