2021 VA Form 760C Anomaly/Error on Line 10, column B

TT incorrectly populates prepaid taxes on Line 10 for period June 15, 2021 (column B) in Virginia 760C form (Underpayment of Estimated Tax). Instead of placing the appropriate value into column B TT adds the value to the prepaid taxes for period September 15, 2021 and puts the sum into column C while keeping column B empty.

This error results in incorrect calculations for tax underpayment for the period and therefore in incorrect calculations of additional taxes (penalties).

I request TT to investigate and and resolve the problem.

Why in Virginia Form 760C, line 10 column B data are incorrectly added to column C?

My estimated quarterly payments are properly reflected in columns A and D, column B data are incorrectly added to column C, while column B.

As a result all the rest of data in 2021 Virginia Form 760C.

When this software problem is expected to be fixed by TurboTax?

This problem is still unresolved as of March 10, 2022

I have exactly same problem. All my quarterly estimated payments were identical, and paid by required dates.
My underpayment penalty should be zero, and no penalty is reflected in line 24 on main form VA 760CG, in fact it shows Refund.
I think this 760C should not be required to be printed for me at all.
Can I just print VA tax and mail it without this problematic form 760C?
