2021 Virginia Fiduciary Income Tax Return

When I attempt to e-file and transmit the state return, I get this message. I tried starting the return and got the same message.

Nothing has changed from last year when I e-filed with ease, except this year I am trying to get a refund for over-withheld Federal and state taxes.

This issue might be the result of the fact that the Viriginia Fiduciary return (Form 770, Fiduciary Income Tax Return, p1-2) is not yet available for e-file.

Virginia form 770 is available, turbotax has been updated and I am still getting the same e-filing data recognition issue message. What can I do to escalate resolution of this issue?
