2024 T-Tax Forms & Entry

Hello - I am experiencing some issues with the software perhaps.

 

1. Would anyone know why when preparing to print my federal return the Electronic Filing Instructions cover sheet is missing (it is there for the state filing)?  I didn't get any errors after Smart Check either.

2.) Is anyone having an issue as shown when going through the interview and trying to answer "Income from 1099-K"?

 

3.) Why do my ES vouchers say "Do Not File" and on the actual printout it says Do Not File Form Not Final?

    All of the items you have mentioned have been resolved or might need an update to the software to ensure the latest program updates are loaded.

     

    This can be done by logging into your desktop product.  Select Online in the menu on the top, and then select Check for Updates.

     

     

    If that does not update your program, you can also manually update your program.

    Hi - I did try that for my Mac.

     

    They say there is no manual update for Mac software.

     

    I uninstalled and re-downloaded the program from my Intuit account last week but no changes.
