    What do you mean 2nd amendment?  You can only MAIL amended returns, not efile.  You have to print and mail it yourself.  Did your first original return get filed and accepted?  Or are you trying to fix a rejected return?  You should not amend until the first return is accepted and you got the first refund or paid the tax due.
