540 Schedule X on TurboTax Desktop

I am trying to amend my 2023 California Tax Return through the desktop version. On the Desktop version it is not giving me the option to "Amend" my California State Return. I am due a new refund but it is smaller than the initial refund so I know I would have to owe money back. The software doesn't seem to be allowing me to fill out the 540X. Is it not available yet on TurboTax Desktop software?

No. Because the "Update" option doesn't come up on the State Return. The only option is "edit" which then prompts as if no amend was done on the state return.
