Question

Abandon CA efiling after I paid for it.

I tried very hard to efile my CA tax return. It was rejected multiple times.

I paid $25 for efiling and it never goes thru.

Now I just file it with paper by mail.

Does Turbo tax still charge me for the $25 or it only charges after the efiling is completed?
