I rent an apartment in NYC. At the same time, I offer the apartment on Airbnb, and I receive a monthly income. How should I do my taxes?, which Schedule should I fill?

It depends. Your apartment letting is considered rental income.

Airbnb (ABNB) income can be either self-employment or letting income depending on whether you provide services (such as maid services or amenities like coffee or breakfast) for guests.

Use Schedule C (services provided) or Schedule E (services not provided) of your tax return (Form 1040).

For more info see General guidance on the taxation of rental income, a booklet prepared by consultancy Ernst & Young LLP (EY) at the request of Airbnb.
