Alabama e-file won't go through "one or more formsets are missing"

I'm trying to file my State Return for Alabama, and I've already paid for the service, and the e-file won't go through.  Comes back with, "one or more formsets are missing".

    Sign in to your TurboTax account.  You will see a button that says "Fix my return".  

     

    Once you select that, the program will walk you through the steps or information needing to be corrected to fix your return.   

     

    Please see the attached for additional information.

     

    How to fix a rejected return

     

    In addition, please see the attached link to determine if your return has any of the forms which are not supported for electronic filing.  

     

    Alabama forms availability

     

    If any of your forms are listed under the unsupported section, you will have to mail in your return.
