Alabama State Tax is Pending

I filed my taxes on Jan 30th. As of Feb 6th they are still pending. When I look at the PDF copy of my tax return ELECTRONIC POSTMARK - CERTIFICATION OF ELECTRONIC FILING shows the federal as being submitted. There isn't one for the state. But the status says the Alabama State is pending. Any idea what the problem is?
