All 2023 MA Tax payments don't show

The tax payment worksheet shows only 3 of 4 payments, of estimated taxes for 2023 Massachusetts although it shows dates for all, including 1/17/24....I've tried to enter the 4th payment for 1/17/24 manually and I can't. How can I have the return show all four payments? Is it a bug?

Review your entries in the federal section. If they are correct, you may have a data issue.

Follow these steps:

Desktop version:

Delete the form
Save your return while closing the program.
Update the program
Open
Enter the information again.

Online version:

A full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax, so sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files).

For stuck information follow these steps:

Delete the form/ worksheet- if possible, see How to Delete
Log out of your return and try one or more of the following:
- Don't use Internet Explorer.
- Clear cache and cookies,
- Sign in using a different browser.
- Sign in using a different device.
Log back into your return.
- Enter the information again.
