Check Box 15 of the W-2G with your gambling winnings. It will show the state. That will be the amount of withholding from the other state.

Gambling winnings are taxed by the state where you won the money. They withhold tax to their state, not your state, because you usually have to file a nonresident tax return for the state where you gambled.

You can claim a credit on your resident state return for any tax paid to your nonresident state.

If you prepare your nonresident state return first, TurboTax will move the income and tax to your resident state return.

Check the gambling state's filing requirement. Sometimes (but not usually), you do not need to file if state tax was withheld.
