Are medical insurance premiums subject to sales tax in Washington state if paid through a California employer?

I pay for my insurance through my former employer so I can stay on group plan.  Retired to the State of Washington and need to know if I can deduct any portion of the premium due to sales tax.

What does sales tax have to do with your medical insurance premium?  Is the state of CA charging sales tax for the insurance?  Where are you seeing anything about sales tax in regard to medical insurance premiums?
