Question

Arizona is taxing me on my full annual income, regardless of income earned (and taxed in other states), is this correct?

Yes, if you are a resident of Arizona, they will tax 100% of your income.  However, if you earned income in another state with an income tax, Arizona will give you a credit for the tax paid to the other states.  When filing for multiple states, it is best to prepare the non-resident state(s) first, and then the resident.  If you did not do this, you may want to delete your Arizona return and start over.
