I purchased TurboTax Premier to file Federal and State Taxes. I completed my Federal Return; however, once my State - Arizona was downloaded and updated I am unable to move forward with completing my Arizona State Tax Return?

There have been a few dozen threads about problems downloading state. If you want to try fixing it yourself there are some options by uninstalling everything, then using the Microsoft fix-it tool. But the most reliable option is to call support, have them screenshate. Then they will provide you with a standalone state download that will fix the problem.
