Arizona tax credit carry over missing

in 2018 I did my taxes with Turbo Tax CD. I did the Arizona State ECA credit of $198 (allowed $200 but only did $198)

My tax paid into AZ was $166, so I should have had a $32 carryover. I looked and the 198's and 166's are all in the correct place, but turbo tax neglected to put the $32 in the carryover page. Now I am going to miss out on using this for this year.

I'm not sure WHY turbo tax is not putting this 32 difference somewhere, it should be carried forward to my 2019 taxes. Can I still take it even though it is not pulling into my current 2019? I tried adding it to my 2019, but these forms are prefilled in with my imported info (which did not include the 32.00). Very frustrating, i would think turbo tax would include the correct amounts and know what to do with them. please help!

You can add to the carryover to your Arizona return. As you go through the return it gives you the option to put in any carryover information for the Fees Paid to Public Schools.
