Arkansas Non-Resident AR K-1 & AR 1099 PT

I am a non-resident of Arkansas and have received a AR K-1 and AR 1099PT, but Turbo Tax only seems to ask about schedule K-1 information at the federal level.  The entity is a LLC pass through partnership that had distributions from the Arkansas sources and withheld income tax at a rate of what appears to be about 4.84%. I don't see anywhere in the forms or activity worksheets in Turbo Tax desktop that allows or expects you to enter that data.  I downloaded and paid for the Arkansas specific state when I live in Virginia, but there are still not related forms/questions
