Question

Box 15 has 2 states, one being the state I live in, the other being the state I work in. When filling in the information to file taxes, how do I know which state the data in boxes 16-19 applys to?

Your W2 will list the state and the information behind.  State 1, state 1 id, state 1 wages, state 1 tax withheld, then the next row has all for state 2 listed.
