Yes.

 

Wisconsin has state reciprocity agreements with several states that allow you to only file taxes for your home state of record if your only source of income is for wages.

 

What is a state reciprocal agreement

 

Illinois is one of these states.  Therefore, your W-2 information is reported correctly.  You only need to pay income taxes in your state of residency and your income is taxed as being from your home state.  You will file a Wisconsin income tax return and do not need to file anything for Illinois.
