Bug found for Minnesota Part-Year Residents

I've been unable to find out how to contact Turbotax to report a bug (https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/ has no contact information, at least for my geolocation), so I'd like to leave a warning for other users.

Turbotax will try to force you to file a return as a Minnesota part-year resident even if you make under $12,400. If you are under $12,400, no return is necessary as stated not only in the instructions, but in 2020 Form M1NR, line 28.

What's particularly interesting about this bug, is that it inflates the MN derived income. I made $4K in MN, but turbotax thinks $13K and wanted me to pay into MN.

I know turbotax promises a Maximum Refund Guarantee, but apparently a maximum out of pocket expense too! This bug was found on the 2020 home and business CD edition for Windows on 3/18/21.

Ways to report, brining this to the proper people, or how to get my money back from their guarantees would be appreciated.

If you are not required to file a MN part year return, do not submit.  Actually delete it.  However, we would like to check out the issue you submitted.  Please use this contact link to get the process started.
