My California K-1 has line 13d as "Other credits. Attach schedule." The attachment lists it as "Pass-Thru Entity Elective Tax Credit." When making California adjustments to the K-1 in TurboTax, it lists line 13d as "13d-Form 3592 College Access Credit." Where am I supposed to enter the PTE number?
