California F540/NR/2EZ-320 - The Primary Taxpayer (SSN) cannot match a previously accepted return

I E-filed my California tax return. It was rejected based on the following message:

"F540/NR/2EZ-320 - The Primary Taxpayer (SSN) cannot match a previously accepted return unless the (SupersededReturn) or (AmendedReturn) checkbox is checked."

I do not understand why I received this message since the E-file was the initial filing. Also, where is the checkbox that needs to be checked?

California Form 540NR has a date of February 10 to be available. You will receive a rejection because the form is not available. Please wait until then to e-file the California return. The return should process when the system has been updated with the form. If it still rejects or is not accepted, I suggest waiting a few more days then try again.
