CALIFORNIA FORM 3895 ERROR IN TURBO TAX (COVERED CA)

OUR CALIFORNIA FORM 3895 CLEARLY SHOWS THE "MARKETPLACE-ASSIGNED POLICY NUMBER" AS AN 8 DIGIT NUMBER, YET THE TURBO TAX PREMIER CA STATE FORM SECTION IS ASKING US TO ENTER "THE LAST 15 CHARACTERS."

ON THE FEDERAL RETURN 1095-A, THIS SECTION HAS 15 CHARACTERS, BUT THE CA FORM 3895 ONLY HAS 8 CHARACTERS. WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO?

@musicmafia The 15 digit thing for the 3895 and the 1095-A is an IRS deal. They max out at 15 characters. So if you only have 8 just enter 8.

Here are the IRS instructions for line 2 of the 1095-A-

Line 2. Enter the number the Marketplace assigned to the policy. If the policy number is greater than 15 characters, enter only the last 15 characters.

what if I didn't receive form 3895 i don.t have a marketplace number i am covered by Medicare
