California FTB Form 3554 Shows up every year for no reason whatsover
It seems obvious to me that Turbo Tax almost never pays attention to state tax return software and does not fix bugs. Just a money gravy train. CA State tax program is $55 (up by 10% this year) but has not been improved or fixed for years. It gives very little guidance and always has bugs in it, same year after year. For YEARS now I have had to manually delete CA Form 3554 (New Employee Tax Credit) from my return. None of my entries should trigger adding this form. Lame.
