California (non resident) K-1 rental income. Do I have to enter twice in TT?

Isn't clear if TT is asking for the same info twice.  I am filling in a California (Non-Resident) state return for a K-1 where a portion of the rental income is California-sourced.  This LLC rental income is my only income from Calif.   In the K-1 section, TT shows the rental income for the entire K-1 (used for federal portion) and next to it Turbo Tax has a field to enter the California-sourced portion of this rental income/loss (line 2 in this 565 K-1).  I completed without problem.   But later after completing the K-1 entries for the Calif state return, the next section of the Calif steps, TT asks me to fill in the portion of my total K-1 income/profits from  Federal return.  My total federal return has a loss.  Why would it ask me for this prorated info if I already entered rental income/loss when I filled in the California rental income in the K-1 section of TT?  Or is this for OTHER rental properties and should leave it zero?
