California Residency question regarding CA Renters Credit

I am filing jointly with my spouse.  We have both lived in CA all our lives, but in 2019, my wife moved to Arizona for the first part of the year and then moved back August 1st.  Turbo Tax is asking a question regarding "Renter's Credit Qualification Worksheet: Line 1"

The question is asking: "1) Were you a resident of California for at least 6 full months in 2019?"

I lived here the entire 12 months, and my spouse lived here 5 months out of the year.  Would the answer be "Yes" to this question since our residency in CA averages higher than 6 months?  Or would it be "No" since my spouse was not here for 6 months?

Thanks!

It sounds like her move was temporary.  If it was temporary she would remain a California resident even though she was temporarily residing in Arizona. In this case, she would have been a resident of California for at least 6 months.
