California SDI was withheld from my wife's paycheck but she is covered by the MSRRA. How do I get this exemption on my CA return and get the SDI withholdings refunded?

My California refund says $0, which is incorrect. I'm looking at the return preview and it correctly states my CA taxable income as $0, but it is not refunding the SDI. I cannot figure out how to rectify this.

The MSRRA applies to income taxes only.  Unemployment and SDI are still sourced to California if that is where your spouse worked so you cannot get the SDI refunded.
