I moved out of California in 2020 to Louisiana. I was based in Los Angeles from Jan 1 to Oct 31 2021. California is saying I need to file state income tax and are billing me a large amount. I understand the 50% flying rule and I definitely flew less than 50% in California airspace. What documents do I need to send to them so they will stop harassing me?
