Can a person find the tax ID number for form 1099-G for taxes withheld from unemployment? I have tax withheld amount for state taxes but no ID number

I live in MI and it gives a federal ID but doesn't have the box for state filled in

Use the Federal ID number in the state ID box to eliminate the error condition for not having the state ID number completed.
