Can anyone tell me how to take the TABOR credit of $800. I can find it under tax credits.

Last year we failed to receive our TABOR tax credit. This year we don't want to miss it. I am in the tax credit section of turbo tax, and can't find anything about it.

TurboTax Deluxe Online

The Colorado TABOR credit is applied through a sales tax refund. You will see the option for this when you are done entering your credits in the Colorado program in TurboTax. Look for the screen that says A few things before we wrap up your state taxes. Choose the State Tax Refund option, answer a couple of questions on the next two screens and you will qualify for the credit of $800 for a single filer and $1,600 if you are filing married-joint.
