Can I add a California 540NR form in turbo tax to report earnings that were accidentally witheld in CA that should not have been and request a refund?

Work withheld taxes in CA after I had already moved states. I want to generate the 540NR to request that money be refunded (along with my federal taxes and the tax return for the correct state.)
