    Yes; you can report certain Medicaid Waiver payments as non-taxable in TurboTax.  Certain Medicaid waiver payments you received in caring for someone living in your home with you may be nontaxable.  

     

    While these payments are excluded from taxable gross income, they can count towards earned income for the Earned Income Tax Credit and the Child Tax Credit.   How to enter your difficulty of care payments.
